PARADA CARDIORESPIRATÓRIA: IMPLICAÇÕES E INTERVENÇÕES DE
ENFERMAGEM

RESUMO
Através de uma revisão bibliográfica que contou com a consulta de vários autores que publicaram seus trabalhos, foi realizado um estudo sobre a assistência de enfermagem em situação de emergência a vítima de parada cardiorrespiratória.
Buscou-se demonstrar a gravidade da situação em que se encontra o paciente que sofreu parada cardiorrespiratória, pois ocorre a interrupção da circulação sanguínea e da respiração, com ênfase no papel fundamental do enfermeiro que deve agir rapidamente e realizar procedimento padrão para restaurar o funcionamento do organismo e, conseqüentemente, evitar a morte do paciente. Trata-se de um assunto de grande importância, pois qualquer indivíduo está sujeito à parada cardiorrespiratória, cabendo ao enfermeiro atuar com cuidado e humanização, além de agilidade e eficiência para a manutenção da saúde do mesmo.

SUMMARY
Through a literature review which included the consultation of many authors who published their work was a study on nursing care in an emergency situation the victim of cardiac arrest. We sought to demonstrate the seriousness of the situation in which it is the patient who suffered cardiac arrest, as there is cessation of blood circulation and respiration, with emphasis on the role of nurses must act quickly and perform standard procedure to restore the functioning of body and thus prevent the death of the patient. It is a matter of great importance, because any individual is subject to cardiac arrest, leaving the nurse to act with care and humanization, as well as agility and efficiency to maintain the health of it.
