Construção Enxuta

Resumo
Com o crescimento acelerado da indústria da construção civil, novos conceitos e técnicas surgiram a fim de otimizar os serviços nesse ramo. No início da década de 90 surgiu o conceito de "Mentalidade Enxuta", fundamentada no Sistema Toyota de Produção, servindo como referência para a criação do conceito de Construção Enxuta. A partir desse conhecimento, o presente trabalho busca diagnosticar a aplicação dos princípios da Filosofia da Construção Enxuta em uma obra da cidade de Salvador - BA, localizada no Barbalho. Para isso acontecer, foi necessário realizar pesquisas referentes aos métodos utilizados pela empresa em estudo, com inspeção ao local da obra e entrevistas feitas aos funcionários, através de visitas. Após aplicação dos questionários, foram montados gráficos e realizada uma análise dos resultados. Com isso pode-se considerar que a Empresa não se baseia efetivamente no conceito de Construção Enxuta, porém, adota métodos eficazes, sendo que alguns se aproximam da Filosofia estudada.

Abstract
With the rapid growth of the construction industry, new concepts and techniques have emerged to optimize the services that business. In the early 90s the concept of " Lean Thinking ", based on the Toyota Production System, serving as a reference for creating the concept of Lean Construction emerged. From this knowledge, the present study attempts to diagnose the principles of Lean Construction philosophy into a work of Salvador - BA, located in Barbalho. With the purpose of conducting the check and compare the results with this philosophy, it was necessary to conduct research related to the methods used by the company under study, with inspection to the site and interviews with staff , through visits.
