RESUMO

Após analise o grupo concluiu que toda organização necessita e uma assessoria jurídica atuando, toda organização estratégica ela já abrange o direito empresarial comercial, dando suporte jurídico, o gestor tem que estar atualizado nos códigos e artigos comerciais, hoje de grande valia no mercado que se expandiu muito devido a competitividade e desenvolvimento empresarial no país, um empresa de sucesso necessita de um gestor atuante na área jurídica, para dar sustentabilidade a todos os setores.

ABSTRACT

After analyzing the group concluded that every organization needs legal advice and acting, all strategic organization it already covers commercial business law, giving legal support, the manager has to be updated codes and commercial items, great value in today's market that expanded greatly due to competitiveness and enterprise development in the country, one successful company requires an active manager in the legal field, to give sustainability to all sectors.
