Abstract: This article describes the concepts of Knowledge’s Administration and Competitive Intelligence. The challenges and tendencies of the globalized world impose to the society, organizations, market and capital deep changes. For maintain itself active in this atmosphere of turbulences, the organizations have as alternative to use those concepts. The Knowledge’ Administration looks to identify the knowledge that sometimes are already present in the organization, however, the administrators don' t know about it, and organize it in the best way for later sent it to the responsible areas by the final of decision, while the Competitive Intelligence seeks to identify and to analyze the information regarding the internal and external atmospheres, and the real market’s situation. Finally, these information are sent to the executives of the organization. Resumo Este artigo descreve os conceitos de Gestão do Conhecimento e Inteligência Competitiva. Os desafios e tendências do mundo globalizado impõem à sociedade, às organizações, ao mercado e ao capital profundas mudanças. Para se manterem ativas neste ambiente de turbulências, as organizações tem como alternativa utilizar esses conceitos. A Gestão do Conhecimento busca identificar o conhecimento que muitas vezes já está presente na organização, porém, os administradores não sabem disso, e organizá-lo da melhor forma para depois ser enviado às áreas responsáveis pela tomada de decisão.
