Abstract
This article intends to show many common aspects of architeture, urbanism and the education's history by the study of the beginnings of Escola Normal Oficial of Juiz de Fora. The Intelectuals and governmental leaders' ideas are represented throughout a direct interference at the building of scholars equipage and this influence reaches the cities where they are. These conducts and behaviors called to mind many themes althoug linked to the education in inspite of being closer to the urbanistic thematic. An approach that is concerned about to these different themes is a oportunity to promote an enlarge compreenhension of the objective of this study. The article' search demanded input analyze from different sources of information: newspapers, books, dissertations, articles, reports, proceedings and a wide database of photographs besides urbanistics and architectures projects . Having the history of the city being analize through its buildings, allows us comprehending the growth and the development left by the ancestors. The Escola Normal of Juiz de Fora not only interfered in the urban scenery as well as has received interferences and today is a urban patrimony claming to studies that take into account the enlarge connection with the city.
