Análise teórica dos efeitos da implantação da ISO 29110 em Startups de Software

Introduction - Analyzes the implementation of ISO / IEC 29110 in a Startup Software. Objective - To study and observe the benefits and problems associated with the implementation of ISO / IEC 29110. Methods - analysis of existing literature and theory from the perspective of the author's experience in understanding the theme. Results - assessment and analysis of data collected for this study show that with the implementation of this standard for Startup Software brings benefits such as higher reliability and customer satisfaction, process improvement and reduced risk of development. However, limitations in the basic profile of the standard problems faced are the main characteristics that define a Software Startup. Conclusion - A critical analysis of the implementation of ISO / IEC 29110 by a Software Startup shows that this standard is able to provide necessary guidelines for the conduct of processes of project management and systems implementation. However, if a Startup following a rigid plan, as is the case of an ISO standard, will draw business agility and flexibility to adapt to learning about consumer desires. Resumo. Introdução – Analisa a implantação da norma ISO/IEC 29110 em Startups de Software. Objetivo – Estuda e observa os benefícios e problemas associados à implantação da ISO / IEC 29110. Métodos – análise da teoria e literatura existentes sob a ótica da experiência do autor para a compreensão do tema escolhido. Análise – a análise das informações obtidas para essa pesquisa mostra que a implantação desta norma em Startup de Software traz benefícios como maior confiança e satisfação dos clientes, melhoria de processos e diminuição do risco de desenvolvimento.
