RESUMO

Este artigo trata do relato de intervenção referente à reestruturação do Conselho Escolar da Escola Estadual Jacy Alves de Barros – Arraias -To, com objetivo de promover o exercício da cidadania no interior da escola, articulando a integração e a participação dos diversos segmentos da comunidade escolar na construção de uma educação de qualidade, fortalecendo e estimulando a gestão participativa. Tomando com referência o Conselho Escolar como órgão representativo da comunidade, com vistas voltadas à construção da autonomia pedagógica, administrativa e de gestão educacional. Para tanto, realizou-se a análise do Projeto Político Pedagógico – PPP -, considerando os fatores críticos de sucesso seguido de reuniões com membros dos Conselhos existentes na Unidade Escolar para refletir se as ações propostas estavam sendo realizadas de acordo com as necessidades da escola.

ABSTRACT

This article discusses the report of concern around the activation of School Boards State School Jacy Alves de Barros - Stingrays-To, aiming to promote the exercise of citizenship within the school articulating the integration and participation of diverse segments of the school community in construction of a quality education, strengthening and encouraging participatory management. Taking reference to the School Board as the representative body of the community, with views related to the construction of pedagogical, administrative and educational management. The material used for initiation of this was through the analysis of Project Political, considering the critical success factors, followed by meetings with members of School Councils existing unit to reflect on whether the proposed actions were being carried out in accordance with the needs of the school.
