ABSTRACT
The process of organizational analysis is a constant procedure in the routine of the organizations. It is responsible for the identification of the organizational problems and the actions to the solutions as well. However, this process is done very frequently in a referential or a vision at the micro level in the organization. In other words, these problems and the solutions are identification are done independently each of the others. In opposition to that, many organizations from different sectors, have adopted the systemic methodology as a referential to the process of organizational analysis. It has as a principle the macro vision and the interdependency of the organization with both the inner and outsider environment. It is the purpose of this study is to reason about the organizational process in a systemic point of view. It was done under the supervision of this consultants in the 80's and
90's years in companies such as: hotels, sewing and water supply, hospitals, transportation and civil construction.

INTRODUÇÃO
É propósito nosso neste estudo, expor sobre o processo de desenvolvimento de programas de análise organizacional no enfoque sistêmico, realizado em empresas tais como: Hotéis, Companhias de Saneamento e abastecimento de água, indústrias, hospitais, empresas de transporte e da construção civil.
