RESUMO

Este trabalho tem por finalidade mostrar em um âmbito profissional, focar a administração e formas organizacionais do Studio CM Cleber Martins Fotografia. Através deste quero ressaltar as boas praticas de organização e a importância da comunicação, o que agrega a empresa a confiança e harmonia, dando mais credibilidade a ela. O Studio de CM Cleber Martins Fotografia tem um objetivo claro e marcante de alcançar liderança, a empresa investe muito em seus funcionários e nas formas de administrar, principalmente o departamento pessoal que cuida de cada um com muito carinho e atenção, pois isso reflete diretamente na ascensão constante da empresa.

ABSTRACT

This work is intended to show in a professional context, focus the administration and organizational forms of Studio Cleber Martins Photography . Through this work I want to emphasize the good practices of the organization and the importance of communication, which adds the company the trust and harmony, giving more credibility to it. The Studio Cleber Martins Photography has a clear and striking goal of reaching leadership. This company invests heavily in its staff and ways of managing principally personnel department that cares for each with much care and attention, cause it directly reflects in the steady rise of the company.
