SUBJETIVIDADE, TEMPO E INSTITUIÇÃO NO EMPIRISMO TRANSCENDENTAL DE
GILLES DELEUZE

RESUMO: O artigo investiga o estatuto temporal da produção de subjetividade, partindo da concepção cartesiana de sujeito pensante, o cogito ergo sum, para apresentar em seguida a crítica kantiana, uma vez que esta insere a questão do tempo no cogito. Com o auxílio de estudos de
Regina Benevides de Barros e Eduardo Passos, a filosofia transcendental de Immanuel Kant é articulada com a proposta empirista de David Hume e, com isso, o chamado empirismo transcendental, de Gilles Deleuze, é pensado como parte de um projeto a um só tempo ético, estético e político, que começa a se delinear como uma teoria da relação entre instintos e instituições. O artigo aponta a necessidade, para a psicologia, de uma concepção positiva da sociedade para abordar a produção da subjetividade nas instituições.

SUBJECTIVITY, TIME AND INSTITUTION ON GILLES DELEUZE’S
TRANSCENDENTAL EMPIRICISM

ABSTRACT:
The article investigates the temporal statute of the production of subjectivity, starting from the cartesian conception of thinking individual, the cogito ergo sum, to present then the kantian critique, since it includes the question of time in the cogito. With the help of studies of Regina
Benevides de Barros and Eduardo Passos, the transcendental philosophy of Immanuel Kant is combined with the empiricist proposal of David Hume and, therefore, the called transcendental empiricism of Gilles Deleuze is thought as part of a project at once ethical, aesthetic and political, that begins to take shape as a theory of the relationship between instincts and institutions. The article points out the need for psychology, of a positive conception of society to approach the production of subjectivity in the institutions.
